Every visit
For every page request, whether or not you accept cookies, we record an anonymous count: the page address, the country the request came from, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the operating system family, and whether the request looked automated.
This count sets no cookie and carries no identifier. We do not store your IP address: the country is supplied by our network provider, Cloudflare, at the moment of the request. We use the count to see which pages and products are looked at, and our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving this site.
Cloudflare also measures, without cookies, how quickly our pages load (Cloudflare Web Analytics): a small script reports the page address and loading times to Cloudflare. It stores nothing on your device and does not recognise you from one visit to the next. We use it as a second, independent count of visits and to keep the site fast.
Cloudflare and our hosting provider process IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. To tell browsers from automated traffic, Cloudflare may set one security cookie (see the cookie policy). Our web server keeps its technical logs, which include IP addresses, for up to 15 days.
Links in our e-mails
When we write to a company about our products, the links in that message may carry a short code that stands for the person and the message it was sent to. If the link is opened, we record that it was opened, when, on which page, from which country and on what kind of device. The code is removed from the address bar as soon as the page loads.
This tells us whether our message was of interest, and our legal basis is our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. You can object at any time by writing to us, and we will stop.
With your consent
If you choose “Accept all”, the following starts. Nothing in this section happens before that choice, and nothing happens if you choose “Reject all”.
Our own visit history
A cookie recognises your browser, and we record the pages you view, how long each stays visible, and a few actions: downloading a document, opening WhatsApp, e-mail or phone links, and switching language. We never record what you type. If you arrived through a link in our e-mail, or you contact us, we may link this history to your company’s record, so that our reply can start from what you looked at.
Google Analytics
Usage statistics for this site (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google’s advertising features are switched off.
Microsoft Clarity
Heatmaps and recordings of how pages are used (Microsoft Corporation). Form fields are masked and their contents are not recorded.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Measuring whether our advertising on Meta’s services works (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). The pixel in your browser and our server report the same page views and contact actions, marked so that Meta counts each once. From our server we send the page address, your browser’s identification string and Meta’s own cookies — not your e-mail address, phone number or IP address.
Our legal basis for everything in this section is your consent.
When you contact us
If you write to us or call us, we use what you send — your name, company, contact details and message — to answer you and, where it leads there, to prepare an offer or a contract. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in business correspondence.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your message, your WhatsApp profile name and your number reach us through WhatsApp’s business platform, which Meta Platforms Ireland Limited runs for us. The conversation itself takes place on WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, under WhatsApp’s own terms.
The first replies come from our AI-powered digital assistant, and it says so in its first message. It asks what you need and who you are, notes your answers for our team, and hands the conversation to a person. It does not quote prices or make commitments; our team does. To write its replies, the assistant sends the conversation to Anthropic PBC, which provides the AI model. You can ask for a person at any time.
If you agree in the conversation, we may contact you again about your request on that WhatsApp line and, if you gave one, at your e-mail address.
Who else receives data
Cloudflare, our hosting provider; Meta, for our WhatsApp line; Anthropic, for our digital assistant; and — only with your consent — Google, Microsoft and Meta for the measurement described above. Each receives data only for the purpose described here. Some of these companies process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Your consent choice: as proof, for as long as we may need to show it.
- Our own visit history: 14 months. After that, the link to your company and to you is removed and only anonymous statistics remain.
- The anonymous page count: without a time limit, as it identifies no one.
- Google Analytics: 14 months.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta: according to their own retention rules.
- WhatsApp conversations, requests made through the form this site used before 14 October 2026, and other correspondence: for as long as the business relationship and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or to hand it over in a portable form, and you can object to its use based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected].
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:
You may also complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the European Union, the authority of the country where you live or work.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we add a tool or a purpose that needs your consent, the cookie banner asks you again.
